• Interaction data (videos viewed, games played, quizzes completed)
• Basic diagnostics and performance data

Personal Information (User-Provided)

Collected during account creation:

• Name
• Email address
• Username
• Password (stored securely and encrypted)

Purpose: Account creation, authentication, communication, and App functionality.

All data collected is used solely by SJSA for:

• Operating and maintaining the App
• Improving features and user experience
• Internal analytics and reporting
• First-party marketing and communications

• We do NOT sell personal data.
• We do NOT share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Data is used only for first-party purposes by SJSA.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

• Secure storage systems
• Encryption of sensitive credentials
• Limited internal access

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to:

• Provide App services
• Meet legal or operational requirements
• Support legitimate business purposes

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing: gameonappaccountdeletion@sjsa.org

• The App is not directed to children under 13
• Users under the age of 18 MUST have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the APP
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13
• If discovered, such data will be deleted promptly

You may:

• Access or update your account information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request account deletion

The App may use Apple or Google infrastructure strictly to enable App functionality. Any data handled by those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
