Information You Provide

When you create an account or otherwise interact with the App, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, username, and password. Passwords are stored securely and encrypted.

Usage and Device Information

We may automatically collect information regarding your use of the App, including interactions with content, games played, and basic diagnostic and performance data.

Promotion and Prize Information

In connection with contests, promotions, or prize-based activities offered through the App, SJSA may collect additional information from participants or winners, including name, contact information, mailing address, date of birth, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and compliance with applicable promotion requirements, administer the promotion, and deliver prizes.

For prizes that meet applicable reporting thresholds, SJSA may also collect taxpayer identification information for tax reporting purposes.

SJSA uses collected information to operate and maintain the App, improve features and user experience, conduct internal analytics, communicate with users, and administer contests and promotions, including verifying eligibility, selecting winners, and fulfilling prizes.

SJSA does not sell personal data and does not share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

SJSA may share personal information with service providers or partners, including third parties involved in prize fulfillment or administration, as reasonably necessary to operate the App, administer promotions, verify winners, fulfill prizes, or comply with legal obligations.

SJSA implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures include secure storage systems, encryption of sensitive credentials, and restricted internal access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. SJSA cannot guarantee absolute security.

SJSA retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide App services, meet legal or operational requirements, and support legitimate business purposes.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting SJSA at gameonappaccountdeletion@sjsa.org.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and SJSA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Users under 18 may have limited access to the App and may not be eligible to participate in certain promotions or receive prizes unless expressly permitted and subject to additional requirements.

Users may access or update their account information, opt out of marketing communications, and request deletion of their account by contacting SJSA.

Participation in promotions is voluntary, and users may choose not to participate.

The App may utilize third-party platforms and services, including Apple and Google, for hosting, distribution, and functionality. Any information handled by those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

SJSA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
